Manchurian Chicken | Manchurian Tofu
Fresh onions, ginger and cilantro ground into a paste and shocked in hot oil with chilis,
spicy and savoury sambel olek and specially fermented Hakka soy sauce.
Crispy Beef
Onion, green pepper, and a small hint of chilies stir-fried with sambel olek and our specially fermented Hakka soy sauce. Served on rice.
